After completing the form above you have the following options:

1. Drop it off at the Allegan Tech Center with payment.

2. Mail to the Allegan Tech Center:

   1. Attn: Adult CTE Program, 2891 116th Ave. Allegan, MI 49010

3. Scan or email to allyson.salmon@alleganaesa.org and call 269-512-7800 to make the payment.

4. You may fax the form to: Fax: 269-512-7801.

5. You may also stop into the Allegan Tech Center to pick up the form and complete the payment in person.

6. Cash, Check, or Credit Card accepted.

Enroll for FREE into Welding, Construction Basics, Machining, Automotive Technology 1, Culinary, and CNA classes.
