Natalie Smith, school nurse at Hillside Learning Center, has been named as one of the MLive.com Top Nurses in the state of Michigan.
MLive.com Top Nurses Awards, presented by Sparrow Health, honors and celebrates nurses who are going above and beyond in the health care industry. Readers nominated nurses they feel are passionate, strong, and empathetic. A voting board reviewed over 130 nominations and chose Ms. Smith as one of the ten Top Nurses in Michigan. Honorees will be announced at the awards brunch on November 9, 2023 in Lansing.
"I'm very excited by this honor," said Ms. Smith. "I am shaking and crying tears of joy all at the same time." She has been with Hillside since 2019.
