student working on animal grooming.

When WOOD TV8 visits a high school as part of their Football Frenzy program they select a student of the week and produce a video profile of the student. When the TV station visited Hopkins in late September they selected Jordyn Tehennepee, who is also a student in the Tech Center's Veterinary Technology program.

Jordyn enjoys the program because she realized early on how much she loves animals. In addition to her class work she has also been a Paws with a Cause foster mom for two dogs.

She is currently working on attaining her grooming certificate and plans to continue working with animals upon graduation.
