Teacher Andrea Dulac reflected on this unique experience stating, “I cannot begin to put into words just how proud I am of them, they are an inspiration.”  This group spent hours preparing during and after class time with Dulac and Christina Dalm, showcasing their level of focus, drive, and passion in the field of culinary arts. The group earned an impressive fourth place finish judged by Chelf Chris Covelli and Chef Brett Markus from The Realm Restaurant Group out of Florida. Dulac added, “I cannot wait to see all of the things they accomplish in life.”
